Neurodivergence and Disability
I think it’s safe to say the world we inhabit was not designed for human thriving, and all the more so for those of us living in neurodivergent, disabled, and/or chronically ill bodies and minds. My approach with neurodivergence, disability, and chronic illness largely combines techniques for complex trauma and/or grief with more practical coaching/solutions-focused strategies as well as psychoeducation. And on any given day, that combination will look different, depending on what you are needing.
There is no one right way to be a human, as much as neuronormativity and ableism might insist there is. I’d love to help you unlearn patterns that aren’t serving you and create some new ones that will support your thriving!
